These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Broward County, Florida.
2. PRODUCTS
Artive Design offers handcrafted textile accessories and lifestyle products.
Each item is carefully made in small batches. Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in pattern placement, color, or finishing may occur. These small differences make every piece unique and are not considered defects.
3. PROCESSING & SHIPPING
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days before shipment.
Delivery times vary depending on the shipping destination and carrier. Once your order has been shipped, Artive Design is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping provider.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate.
4. RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Your satisfaction is important to us.
If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@artivedesign.com.
For hygiene reasons, used or worn accessories cannot be returned.
Returns for reasons other than damage or shipping errors may be accepted at our discretion. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All designs, photographs, illustrations, logos, branding, website content, and product concepts remain the exclusive property of Artive Design.
They may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
6. PRODUCT CARE
To extend the life of your handmade accessories, we recommend:

Hand wash or delicate machine wash in cold water.

Air dry only.

Do not bleach.

Iron on low heat if necessary.
Artive Design cannot be held responsible for damage resulting from improper care.
7. LIMITED EDITIONS
Many Artive Design collections are produced in small quantities or as limited editions.
Once a fabric or collection is sold out, it may not be restocked.
8. LIABILITY
Artive Design is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
Our maximum liability shall never exceed the purchase price of the product.
